N1. Graduate and Grad students for a six-month internship in Investment Banking
The internship is focused on the acquisition of professional competences in M&A transactions, Equity and Debt Advisory. The tasks offered to the intern are: Support to research and analysis on competitive positioning; Industry analysis, financial modeling and corporate evaluation; support to business plan preparation; collaboration with senior partners and relationships with the clients; cooperation with senor bankers in equity and bond placements and M&A.
N2. Senior Analyst
The senior analyst should support to the activities developed by the M&A Advisory and Debt Advisory team and should directly participate in the whole process and in the executive stages of the projects in which he/she is involved. The main activities are: balance sheet analysis and reclassification, market screening, industry analysis, data research and analysis, target list preparation, preparation of teaser, info-memo, etc.
The resource should work with autonomy to the preparation of industrial plans, corporate evaluations and She /He supports the senior partners to manage the relationships with clients and counterparts.
The senior analyst should also deal with marketing activities and new clients researches.
The ideal candidate is graduate in Economics (finance or management) with at least 103/110 and she/he has a 2/3 year work experience in merchant banks, M&A boutiques, private equity funds or transaction services in Big 4.
IT Competences: Windows, Excel, Power Point.
Languages: Fluent English (both written and spoken)
